Dave started working with immigrants in 2005. At this time he started hosting international university students as home stay guests. Each student stayed from one month to over a year. After hosting more than 100 students from all over the world, he realized he had a passion for working with these students. As an English and history teacher for over 30 years with the Calgary Board of Education, he was introduced to ESL (English as a Second Language) and has had the opportunity to travel to Europe and work as an ESL teacher.

Joe Forzani, a well known Calgary business retailer who has an education background, approached us about his interest in ESL and upon presenting to him our plan with regard to ESL and immigration employment, he keenly endorsed our business proposal and has joined GWC as a business consultant and ESL instructor. Besides the business experience that Joe brings to GWC, he also has a list of 2500 positive client contacts that are added to our client database.
